2. Are your products manufactured in Taiwan?

A:Yes, all of our products are made in Taiwan.
3. Does your company have any relevant certificates?

A: Yes, we have an ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
4. What are the main applications and installation areas for your products?

A: Our products are mainly used in protective devices. We started with fuses and have now expanded to circuit breakers and switches. We have our own R&D team that continuously develops and improves products, ensuring quality assurance for our customers.
5. How will my products be shipped? What are the usual shipping methods and trade terms?

A: Our most common price term is FOB Taiwan. We work with long-term forwarder for both air and sea freight, and we can also ship via FedEx and UPS. If you have a preferred forwarder, please let us know and provide the contact details of your local representative in Taiwan.
